Each home inspection includes an extensive visual examination of the accessible areas of the structural and mechanical systems.  The purpose is to provide you, the home buyer, a better understanding and knowledge of the condition of the home. 

Upon completion of the home inspection, your computerized 14-page report including photos, will be immediately available for your reference.  For your added convenience, your inspection report can also be e-mailed or faxed on the same business day.  Listed below are some items included in our inspections:



Kitchen - stove, dishwasher, garbage disposals

Baths - sinks, toilets, tubs and showers

Garage - floors, walls, doors

Plumbing - supply lines, water heater, waste lines

Roof - attic, gutters, shingles

Electrical - panel box, wiring, service conductors

Heating and Cooling - inspection of unit(s), fireplaces

Interior - walls, doors, ceilings, windows

Structure - slab/crawlspace inspection, chimneys, exterior walls
